Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a return your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

We'll email you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package if your return is approved. However, we won't accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure the item you desire is to initiate a return for the current item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a distinct purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and examining your return, we will inform you of its status and whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Returns & Replacements

 To request a replacement, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide images of the damaged product. Follow these instructions:

  • Photograph the damaged item(s).
  • Capture an image of the packaging material inside the box.
  • Take a picture of the shipping label on the damaged package, ensuring legible tracking information.
  • Provide two photos displaying all six sides of the box.
  • Specify the dimensions of the box: height, length, and width.

 

It is essential to inspect your shipment before acceptance. In the unfortunate event of damage, refuse to accept the shipment and document it with photographs. Submit the images to us, and we will initiate a claim with the carrier company on your behalf. A replacement shipment will be dispatched to fulfill your order.
