We email a tracking number when your order ships. Canadian orders may be subject to GST, HST, PST, duties and brokerage fees. Exceptions: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on those days ship on the next business day. Damaged Orders Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email himalayansalt2024@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, and we will arrange a replacement.
